  • Internet and technology enabled businesses serving the real estate transaction, financing, development, or management markets.
  • MMVP will consider early through late stage investments from $500K to several million.

Investment Criteria:

  • An Internet or technology enabled real estate related business providing a unique value or solution. The business must have a clear vision of its customer value proposition.
  • Large Market Potential -- a business must have the potential to achieve revenues in excess of $100 million within five years.
  • Strong gross margins.
  • A management team with relevant industry experience and credentials, demonstrated business development skills, motivation, long-term commitment to the goals of the business, and a leader with the ability to inspire and guide others.
  • Clear barriers to entry
  • Industry support, and preferably adoption. Industry guidance at a minimum for early rounds.
  • A feasible liquidity strategy within a three to five year time frame including the rationale for an IPO or the identification of potential acquirers.
